CSF Piston Pump Spares (PAA Series) are supplied and serviced in the UK by Pump Engineering, a direct CSF distributor.
These pumps require very few running spares and compared to most positive displacement pumps their parts are simple, cost effective and easy to fit.
All PAA series seals are food grade or better, and many are stocked at our UK facility and the available sliding shaft seals are detailed below.

Type T00
Called a CHEVRON seal, it consists of a number of wedge shaped rings enclosed between the base ring and the top ring made of PTFE. Screw down the pressure ring to obtain the pressure needed to seal the rings against the shaft.
Type T10
“T10” seals consist of a lip seal and two O-rings (NBR or FPM) enclosed in the seats of the guide bush made from PTFE. Adherence of the rings to both the rod and the sealing chamber are preset therefore no adjustment is needed.
Type T40
These consist of a scraping ring and a guide bush made of PTFE with 2 x O-rings (NBR or FPM). They
differ in the type of materials. They have preset tolerances and do not require any adjustments.
Type T42
Scraping ring coupled with a CHEVRON seal made of PTFE, which not only guides the rod but is also adjustable and can be adjusted periodically by means of the securing ring nut. They differ in the different types of material of the scraping ring.
Type T12
This consists of a scraping ring and a guide bush made of PTFE with 2 x O-rings (NBR or FPM). They
differ in the type of materials. They have preset tolerances and do not require any adjustments.
Type T13
Scraping ring coupled with a CHEVRON seal made of PTFE, which not only guides the rod but is also adjustable and can be adjusted periodically by means of the securing ring nut. They differ in the different types of material of the scraping ring.
Type T50
Simplified solution, easy to clean, made up of a guide clamp for the rod and a Hi-Clean sprung ring.
