Bellows
Type 808 bellows seals are used to ensure leaks are totally eliminated on vacuum, light gases, high purity gases, VOCs, toxic or explosive gases or liquids.
Bellow-sealed bonnets are available with bellows in stainless steel or monel for 40 or 100 bar. In case of failure of the bellows, all the bonnets are fitted with PTFE backup seals and a purge port between the bellows and the backup seal can be added for instant detection of a leak.
